Water always wins. Give it a pinhole and enough time and it will take the cabinet floor, the baseboard, the drywall, and a corner of your savings. The leak itself is rarely the expensive part. The expensive part is the six months nobody knew about it.

Leaks in Phoenix homes are sneaky by design. Slab foundations hide supply lines. Summer heat masks the humidity a leak leaves behind — until you notice a warped plank, a musty smell under the sink, or a water bill that jumped for no reason you can name. That bill, incidentally, is the cheapest leak detector you own. When it moves and your habits have not, something is leaking.

Bleuwave Handyman finds and fixes the leaks that live at fixture level: under sinks, behind toilets, at supply lines and angle stops, around tub spouts and shower connections, at the water heater fittings and the hose bib outside. We trace the water back to its source rather than patching where it happens to surface, because water travels and the wet spot is often ten feet from the problem.

Every repair starts with a plain explanation: here is what is leaking, here is why, here is the fix and the price. We are licensed, insured, and bonded (Veteran Owned & Operated), and we treat the surrounding damage honestly — if drywall or cabinetry took a hit, we can repair that too, which is the advantage of a handyman crew over a parts-only plumber.

A leak never fixes itself. It compounds, like interest, in the wrong direction. Get a free estimate before the water gets ambitious.

What's included

  • Under-sink, supply line, and shutoff valve leaks
  • Toilet base, tank, and fill valve leaks
  • Tub spout, shower arm, and fixture connection leaks
  • Water heater fitting and drain valve drips
  • Hose bib and outdoor spigot leaks
  • Leak tracing: finding the source, not just the symptom
  • Repair of leak-damaged drywall, trim, and cabinet floors

Why homeowners pick Bleuwave

  • We trace leaks to the source. Water shows up far from where it starts, and patching the wet spot fixes nothing.
  • One crew for the leak and the damage — plumbing repair plus drywall, trim, and cabinet fixes in the same booking.
  • Licensed, insured, and bonded, Veteran Owned & Operated. Water damage is exactly the wrong place for an uninsured shortcut.
  • Honest triage: if your leak is a slab leak or main line problem, we say so and point you to the right specialist instead of billing you to find out.
  • Next-day and after-hours availability across the Phoenix metro. Leaks do not keep office hours, and neither do we.
  • Free estimates and plain-English findings before any repair begins.

Questions, answered straight

How do I know if I have a hidden leak?

Check your water bill first — an unexplained rise is the classic tell. Then look for warped flooring, soft baseboards, a musty smell in cabinets, or a water meter that moves when everything is off. Any one of those is worth a call before it becomes all four.

Is a small drip under the sink really urgent?

Urgent, no. Worth deferring, also no. A cabinet floor absorbs a slow drip for weeks, swells quietly, and then delaminates. The repair goes from a supply line to a cabinet rebuild. Small leaks are the cheapest ones you will ever fix — the trick is fixing them while they are still small.

Do you handle the water damage too, or just the leak?

Both. That is the point of calling a handyman service instead of a parts-swap plumber. We stop the leak, then repair the drywall, baseboard, or cabinet material it damaged — one schedule, one invoice.

What about slab leaks or main line breaks?

Those need a specialty plumbing contractor with detection equipment and, often, a permit. If your symptoms point that way — hot spots on the floor, the meter spinning with everything off — we will tell you straight and you can put your money where it belongs.
